What Happens Next?

We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience to your guests. To make your party truly sparkle, there are a few things to keep in mind after your booking. Have additional questions? Feel free to give us a call.

Location Set Up

If you have a 4 to 6 ft table available, we would love to us it, however we’ll gladly provide one if not. We also provide a makeup chair for your guests to sit in while being painted. Good lighting is appreciated!

Outdoor Events

Make sure that the space provided for the face painter is in a shady spot and is not in direct sunlight. This not only protects the paint materials, but keeps your guests comfortable! While we understand weather issues, it is up to you to have a back up plan in place.

More Magic?

Sometimes we can offer extended hours if you would like us to stay longer than planned. Some artists may not be able to stay past their contracted time (they may have another event booked after yours). Please notify us as soon as possible if you might need some wiggle room.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling is available up to 7 days prior to your event. If you need to reschedule services, we will do our best to accommodate a mutually agreeable date based on our availability and schedule. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event forfeits your retainer fee. Please contact us immediately if you find yourself needing to adjust services.
